3.3 Emergency Services

For emergency services, you authorize us to take immediate action to prevent further damage. Emergency mitigation work may begin before a complete estimate is provided to minimize property damage.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

  • Bank transfers
  • Direct insurance payments (when applicable)

4.2 Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Grant access to the property for assessment and work
  • Remove or secure valuable items before work begins
  • Maintain clear communication regarding the project
  • Make timely payments as agreed
  • Follow our recommendations for safety and damage prevention
  • Notify us immediately of any concerns or issues

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Workmanship Warranty
